Miu Miu Fall/Winter 2012

After weeks of anticipation, Miu Miu's Fall/Winter 2012 collection has finally debuted! Strutting down the Paris runway, models displayed the most intricate assembly in the brand's history, equipped with 36 looks in an array of layers, prints, and fabrics. The most notable (and obvious) observation about the designs were the lack of dresses, a staple to the Miu Miu girl's wardrobe. After the show, Ms. Prada explained that "After years of skirts, pantsuits are the one thing I find exciting at the moment."

The theme of the show was distinctly seventies - oversized jackets, too short trousers, clunky shoes, and bold prints embody the menswear trend this season. Although the collection has seen several mixed reviews, the true Miu Miu fans are itching to throw off their dresses and climb into the roomy pantsuit Ms. Prada has provided!
