I'm so excited to begin interning in the Public Relations department at Miu Miu! I immediately felt a connection with my supervisor upon my interview and feel like the next 6 months are going to be an incredible learning experience.
Many people are unaware that Miu Miu is one of the four brands housed within the Prada Group and is designed entirely by Miuccia Prada herself. From being in the US headquarters of one of the most notable luxury manufacturers worldwide, I will be able to gain insight to how each department works together to achieve a common goal and promote an Italian brand in the United States.
I hope that I can come to work every day and be truly excited to be there. I want to create lasting relationships with my supervisors as well as my colleagues and make the best impressions possible so that I may present myself as a candidate for any possible job openings upon my graduation. I am fearful of any of the aforementioned not working out but I have high hopes! I can't wait to see what this internship will bring!
